MIAMI -- NBC 6 began investigating the Miami-Dade County-based Sky Development when South Florida residents complained about a company that told them a home was on the way but no building was ever started. Now, authorities are trying to track down two scam artists who investigators say took off with at least $20 million. "They stole my money," said Cecilia Richard, who is now out $150,000 because of the apparent real estate scam. .
